MR THIRUKUMARAN NAGARATNAM

Mr Thiru holds a Bachelor of Finance(Hons) and Masters of Business Administration(Finance) qualification and commenced his career with a leading insurance company in 1998. He brings with him a track record of excellent claims handling procedures, technical know-how and client management practice.

In 2007, he joined a local adjusting firm, whereby he was exposed to motor and non-motor claims. His involvement in Darmani began in September 2012 as a Managing Director. In this capacity, he is responsible for client servicing and account portfolio management. He also maintains excellent rapport and works closely with clients.

MR T.G.Segaram(AMMI)

Our Executive Director graduated in Automobile Engineering. He has been in the automobile industry for the past 39 years. He has worked with several motor companies being attached to the Service and Insurance Division and even as Regional Manager of Edaran Otomobil Nasional Berhad. He was elected to the Board of Directors with Darmani Adjusters & Investigators in July 1996 and thereafter appointed as the Executive Director of the company.

MR Mohd Farok Bin Haji Wahab

He is a successful businessman with interests in many fields. He has been with Darmani Adjusters & Investigators since its inception in 1982.

MS Charanjit Kaur @ Nikki

She has been with Darmani Adjusters & Investigators since 1988. She is responsible for the Financial Management and daily administration of the office. She was elected to the Board of Directors in January 1994.

Mr Yana graduated in Mechanical and Automobile Engineering from Mid.Gloucestershire Technical College (United Kingdom). For more than two decades he has gained vast experience and expertise working with various automobile franchise and service companies both in technical service and vehicle damage claims. He has also been a technical trainer for the Government and non governmental bodies such as Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM) and other Private Institutions. He now heads our Own Damage Department.

Mr Wong holds a Certificate in Automobile Engineering. He has held the Service Officer position with Tan Chong Express Auto Service Sdn Bhd and Service executive with UMW Toyota. He has been involved with the motor industry for the past 18 years, during which time he also served as an Adjuster with CS Tang Adjusters Sdn Bhd and Manager with Justicia Adjusters Sdn Bhd. Mr Wong’s wide experience in the field of motor industry has gained him the opportunity to be responsible as our Technical Advisor in matters concerning Own-Damage Claims.

Mr Magesan holds MBA from Southern Cross University Australia and he also obtained Executive Diploma in Purchasing and Material Management from University of Malaya.

His vast experience in office administration and ISO procedure are added advantage heading our new Compliance Department to ensure Client’s requirements are met and company objectives materialize.
